Request technology solutions offered internally by CISA's technology support staff. This does not include standard deskside and classroom break/fix services. Find the deskside support form at the top of this page and the classroom support form at the bottom.
Includes audio/visual refresh, inventory changes, assistance with UTO offered services, web consulting, technology shipping and delivery, CISA Software assistance (Wrike, Slack, Asset Tiger), and other technology business analysis/consulting services.

Software Security Review
Software security reviews are the first step to purchasing any software at ASU. These reviews are completed by a dedicated team within the ASU Enterprise Technology team and is reviewed by CISA personnel for risks before being implemented. Depending on the software's complexity, integrations, and information housed, security reviews can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 months. Entering a software security review does not guarantee that CISA will accept the risk to implement/purchase the software.
